Everybody knows that Chinese is a difficult language, but it doesn¡¯t have to be. People who study Chinese in a serious way will spend a lot of their study time on Hanzi (Chinese characters). Most language courses offered in China cannot be followed without the use of Hanzi. We would like to give people the possibility to study basic Chinese in an easy way. In this basic Chinese language course we will be using pinyin (the most common Romanization system), For ¡°Hello¡± means ¡°ni hao¡± in Chinese pinyin, ¡°I love you¡± is ¡°wo ai ni¡± in Chinese. ?Instead of the characters and the focus will be on spoken language. The content of the lessons will be based on daily life situations, such as ordering food in a restaurant, shopping, asking directions and so on. After this course students will be able to travel more confidently in China and use Chinese in daily life situations.
